Cactus Survival Unit

How do you keep a tiny cactus alive in an environment that is almost completely hostile to it?

This concept explores a self-sufficient container designed to protect a cactus from a harsh environment while providing everything it needs to survive. The system has to provide water, clean air, protection and electricity, while also being able to sustain itself without relying on external infrastructure.

I started the design process with traditional sketches, exploring different shapes and mechanisms before developing the strongest ideas into a final concept presentation. I wanted the final design to feel functional while still having a playful and approachable appearance.

The final presentation was assembled and refined in Photoshop, with all of the initial design work created traditionally on paper.
